Monica joined PampaninFoster in November 2024 and plays a central role in keeping the firm’s day-to-day operations running smoothly. From HR and office operations to technology coordination, client support, and process improvement, she helps ensure that both the team and clients have a seamless, well-supported experience.
Originally from Portugal, Monica brings a global perspective and a deep understanding of what it means to navigate complex systems in a new country. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Applied Languages, which reflects her long-standing interest in communication and cross-cultural connection, and supports her ability to connect naturally with people from all backgrounds.
At PampaninFoster, Monica is passionate about creating an organized, welcoming, and people-first workplace. She enjoys finding practical ways to improve workflows, support the team’s daily needs, and foster a positive office culture where everyone feels supported and set up for success.
Outside of work, Monica loves exploring new places, hiking, and experiencing life “like a local” wherever she goes. She’s an avid reader — especially novels and true crime — and enjoys staying active and taking peaceful walks around nearby lakes to recharge.
